📋 Celavie Return & Refund Policy
At Celavie, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@celavie.shop. If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For any return-related questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@celavie.shop.
Damages, Issues & Size Adjustments We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. If you need a different size, you may return your item within 30 days as long as it is in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging). Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the correct size.

Exchanges The fastest way to receive the correct item or size is to return the original product. Once approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.
EU Customers – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging) with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund. If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@celavie.shop.
